Is there a good sound system that is cheap? Does that unicorn really exist? Today, we discuss the pros and cons of sound systems based on our experiences over the past 30+ years.

Why does the sound matter? Will the house system be okay? What’s the difference between a good sound system and a bad sound system? Is an equalizer needed? How much is all this going to cost? Can’t you get by on a cheap system if you only do a couple of shows?

We’ve got some definite opinions on this subject …
